REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most products sold by Discover Your Look are made to order and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect color selection, except where required by applicable consumer law. Please carefully check the product description and size chart before placing your order. 

SIZE & COLOR EXCHANGES

Please make sure you select the correct size and color before completing your purchase. If you ordered the size or color shown in your order confirmation and received the correct item, but later decide that you would prefer another size or color, we generally cannot provide a free exchange or refund. If you receive a different size, color, or product from the one you ordered, please contact us and we will review the issue.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the product and the issue

• A photograph of the size label when the issue concerns the size.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund. You generally do not need to return a damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered production, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
